Privacy policy
Last updated: Oct 24, 2026Bright Apps LLC (“Bright Apps”, “we”) runs brightapps.co. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or book a call with us, what our WhatsApp assistant for real estate agencies processes, and what we do with that data.
What we collect
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
- When you book a call. The booking form is provided by Cal.com. It collects your name, email and anything you choose to tell us (for example, your company’s website). Cal.com and Google Calendar process that data to schedule the call and send the invitation.
- When you email us. We keep your message and email address to reply and to continue the conversation.
WhatsApp assistant for real estate agencies
We build and run a WhatsApp assistant for real estate agencies. It contacts people who asked an agency about a property, sends them the listing, answers basic questions and offers times to visit. We run it on behalf of each agency: the agency decides which contacts it reaches, and we process their data only to provide the service to that agency.
- What it processes. The contact’s name and phone number, the WhatsApp messages exchanged with the assistant, and the visit appointments booked through it (date, time and property).
- How it works. Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. To write each reply, the message content is processed by Anthropic’s AI models. Appointments are created in the agency’s Google Calendar.
- What we don’t do. We don’t use these conversations for advertising, we don’t sell them and we don’t use them to contact anyone on our own behalf.
- How long we keep it. Conversations, contact details and appointments are kept while the agency uses the assistant, and deleted within 30 days after the agency stops using it, unless the contact asks for deletion sooner or the law requires us to keep them.
- Deleting it. Anyone who talked to the assistant can ask us to delete their data. See how to request deletion.
How we use it
Only to run the site, hold the calls you book, reply to you and, if you become a client, deliver the service. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties, except the providers named above that we need to operate, or when the law requires it.
Third-party providers
Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (bookings) and Google Workspace (calendar, video calls and email) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. The Cal.com booking window may set its own cookies.
For the WhatsApp assistant: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) transmits the messages, Anthropic processes their content to generate replies, and Google Calendar stores the appointments in the agency’s calendar.
How long we keep it
WhatsApp assistant data is kept as described above. Booking and email data are kept while we’re in contact and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept for the period Vercel defines.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@brightapps.co with the subject “Delete my data”. We answer within 10 business days. The steps are on the data deletion page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new date.
